This certainly won’t be the last Irish Pub we visit on this NEPA adventure, as I love me an Irish Pub. Happy to report that Reilly’s Irish Pub didn’t disappoint!
Reilly’s serves you guessed it, Irish food. The normal stuff – burgers, wings, and of course fish and chips. I personally have had one of the burgers (sorry – was a while ago, don’t remember what one) which was great, and the Shepherd’s Pie which was also fantastic.
They have a variety of alcoholic offerings, with expected favorites like Guinness and Harp.
The staff is great and very friendly, especially compared to most of what I have encountered in the rest of Honesdale. Bri is the only person I’ve ever seen bartending no matter when I go, but she’s great! Then we met the manager I’m assuming? He was very welcoming and offered us some samples of different things in the kitchen.
The vibe is great. Definitely low key and laid back. It’s not like a dark, woody bar you may think of when thinking of an Irish Pub.
Reilly’s has music events sporadically, and it appears they do trivia as well.
Best of all, prices are very reasonable!
If you are in Honesdale or nearby, definitely swing by Reilly’s Irish Pub. It is my favorite bar in town!
They do not appear to have a website, but they do have a Facebook page.
